Contact
Support is by email. There is no form and no ticket system to sign up for.
Write to support@excellinkrescue.com for help with the application, a question about a licence, or a workbook that Excel Link Rescue did not handle the way you expected.
What to include
Most problems are quicker to sort out when the first message already has:
- the version of Excel Link Rescue you are running
- your Windows version
- whether the workbook is
.xlsxor.xlsm - the exact text of any message the application showed you
- a short description of what happened and what you expected instead
Please do not send us your workbook
Do not send confidential workbooks or workbook contents unless we have specifically requested them for troubleshooting. A workbook usually holds business data, and the link paths inside it can reveal folder structures, server names and the user name of whoever built it. A description, or a small file you made specifically to reproduce the problem, is usually enough.
Excel Link Rescue has no diagnostic report feature and writes no log file, so there is nothing of that kind to attach. If we need more than a description, we will ask and explain why.
Purchases and receipts
Purchases are processed through Lemon Squeezy as Merchant of Record, so receipts, invoices and payment questions are often fastest through them. Anything about activating a licence, moving it between computers or requesting a refund, write to us.
